Growing up, I was fortunate enough to spend a lot of time around folks who emphasized the importance of being financially responsible. From an early age I was exposed to real life situations, which gave me a deep understanding of how to prioritize the financial implications when making key decisions.
Later, I started noticing how unprepared my friends and colleagues were financially. Some of the basics, like handling debt, building credit, and budgeting, were foreign concepts. I also witnessed the destructive nature of compounding bad decisions and poor financial advice.
The tipping point came when informally helping someone with their finances: Their advisor was charging excessive fees, putting their money in high cost underperforming investments, and offering zero guidance beyond picking stocks. The result: Instead of comfortably living off their portfolio, they were forced to delay retirement and prematurely withdraw cash just to pay their bills, plus endure intense financial stress.
That's when I realized how I could help folks: Boost their financial literacy by offering comprehensive advice in a transparent, conflict-free way. By designing holistic financial plans, clients could feel more in control of their money and confident in their futures.
My goal is simple: Give you clarity on how to achieve the life you want and a path to get there. I'll be your go-to resource to gut check your financial thinking/decisions and offer support as we work through hard topics.
If you want a trusted partner who prioritizes financial education, delivering value, and holistic planning, you're in the right place.
